what a weekend....

yesterdays first day back to work after 6 weeks out was "ok". boy was i tired after my shift...my knee sure isnt used to being on it standing for 7 hours. overall i did pretty good and had no major problems...just had to remember everything and try to keep up with things.

round two is today...another long 7 hour shift. im sure my knee will love me tonight...lol.

i did have something great to look foward to when i got home (other then my family)...NASCAR started last night and i was ready for some "rednecks turning left and going really really fast!". i watched a couple hours of prerace stuff on SPEED network and had a great time watching. this week there are a few other races midweek and then the big race is on sunday at daytona. i will be home from work that day just after it starts so i dont think i will miss much. WOOHOO!!!

tonight is the Grammys. not sure how i feel about watching them this year. nothing really excites me about it but like all awards shows i still watch them if nothing else is on.

thank you to everyone who commented on my last post. i do sometimes feel im living a fairytale when it comes to love in my life right now and im very lucky to have someone that cares for me as much as he does.
