Runs screaming in the house......

VEGAS IS IN ONE WEEK!!!!!!! i feel like a child on christmas eve and cant stop thinking and talking about my upcoming trip.

anyway...just an update on my allergy stuff. saw the doctor this past monday and with all the foods i have added and only reacting to "wheat"...the symptoms i didnt even realize i was having before the big breakout of hives have lessened or have gone away (ie: intestinal gas, bloating, stomach problems, even my arthritis flare up with my knee). Yes, even my knee pain is so much better since i eliminated wheat from my diet.

with that all being told, the doctor THINKS i might have a gluten allergy which is so much more then just wheat. so off to the lab i went again for another vile of blood to be tested. this test wont be back for at least two weeks so until then im just doing what im doing now - staying away from wheat until i see him then.

i cant tell you how hard it is to not think about having bread at meals and how many things have wheat ingredients in them. amazing what you dont know until you read the labels on product.
