A little Christmas Me-me tag......
A little note to Blogger EH: i have tried several times (different days also) to comment on your blog but for some reason it wont let me.

I was tagged by blogger friend Medeafication, so here goes.....
1. Egg Nog or Hot Chocolate? hot chocolate. never liked egg nog *blah*
2. Does Santa wrap presents or just sit them under the tree? wrapped
3. Colored lights on tree/house or white? this year colored lights. i switch every few years
4. Do you hang mistletoe? No
5. When do you put your decorations up? usually the last weekend of november
6. What is your favorite holiday dish (excluding dessert)? don't really have one particular one.
7. Favorite Holiday memory as a child: getting our stockings first thing in the morning while our parents were still in bed and we went into one of our rooms and opened them up together and then showed our parents all our goodies we got.
8. When and how did you learn the truth about Santa? I dont remember but having 2 younger sisters I think I just kinda figured it out one year and started helping my mom.
9. Do you open a gift on Christmas Eve? Yes, we all get to open one gift that is already under the tree.
10. How do you decorate your Christmas Tree? from top to bottom, lights first then decorations.
11. Snow! Love it or Dread it? Love it! this is only my 5th winter since moving to canada so Im still enjoying having real seaons.
12. Can you ice skate? kinda sorta. as long as i have a wall next to me to grab onto.
13. Do you remember your favorite gift? this is going to sound silly...but all the gifts i receive are my favorite.
14. What's the most important thing about the Holidays for you? being with the ones I love.
15. What is your favorite Holiday Dessert? not one specific one...I love all the different special cookies everyone makes.
16. What is your favorite holiday tradition? the christmas stocking in the morning. my daughter now knows that its ok to get up and get her stocking....go into her room while we slowly wake up and then come show us all her goodies. she gets so excited to show us and I love seeing the joy on her face.
17. What tops your tree? always an angel.
18. Which do you prefer giving or receiving? honestly.....BOTH
19. What is your favorite Christmas Song? there are so so many. but the first song that came to mind only because it was the last I heard on my Sirius satalite radio Holiday station (we listen to it 99% of the time while in the car these days...love xmas music).....the song: All I want for christmas is you. by mariah carey.
