What's on my mind right at this moment?....
How come 11 year old girls have to argue everything... from "time to get up", "need to brush your hair" to "blow that nose!"? Just everything that I ask or comment on she has to argue with me...Its getting old really quick. Hope this isn't the start of what's to be going on the next few years.....It wont be if I have something to say about it!
I made some banana bread this weekend and treated myself to some of it. IT WAS SO GOOD!
yesterday I went to a Creative Memories scrapbooking party. had a really good time and got to get to know a few other women that were really nice and had some good conversation. did a scrapbook page for my book that i haven't touched in 5 years and I'm quite proud of my work. I think I'm going to get back into it. I have no shortage of pictures that's for sure. I just have to go up into my friends attic where we are storing some of our stuff (stuff we haven't looked at in 4 years) and get all my scrapbooking stuff I have stored. Will save me lots of money buying cutters and croppers. We shall see what comes of this new venture.
the amazing race was really good last night. But too bad that David and Mary's luck finally ran out. They did so much better then I thought they would do at the beginning and I'm happy for them they got as far as they did. Now....Who will win this thing? I'm now pushing for the "Alabama" girls to take it all...Followed by the Cho brothers then the guy team with fourth place going to the beauty queen. That's my guess.
have to clean out the fidge today. We have so many half empty jars of stuff I don't even remember the last time we used them. There seems to be no room in there for anything. Before I call our friend to go up into the attic I'm going to check the few boxed we have in our closet first even though I'm sure I don't have the stuff here. Have to go to the store and get weekly lunches things and stuff like that, walmart to get odds and ends we are out of and the bank sometime today to cash my small pay check from last week to pay for my scrapbooking party order.
no snow yet here either....I think Atlantic Canada is the only place in the country as a whole that hasn't had any form of snow yet. ....But its sure cold enough.
