showing the love.....

thanks everyone for the hugs the other day. this week hasnt been my week. but each day is better for me and im climbing out of that emotional hole.

strange week at work. schedule shuffling all the place with inventory (which was last night after store close and i helped out with that)...and one of our key people being pulled out sick for the week. im off today and tomorrow afternoon which is great...i can have some alone time. i also have the weekend off. havent had a full weekend off in some time.

this weekend the Snow Birds are coming to town for an airshow. im so excited to see them again. last year was my first experience seeing them and i was in awe. i also enjoyed the sound of jet fighters flying over. i grew up under the path of incoming airplanes to LAX ...so there was a plane flying over every 2 minutes. most of the time you never noticed it but it was always in the backround.

the snow birds should be flying in today or tomorrow sometime...i cant wait to see and hear them. im like a kid at christmas when i hear them. the other day 2 planes came in and i was home alone and i jumped from my chair and actually yelled....THEY'RE HERE! and rushed outside to see them. im such a kid...lol

kiddos first two weeks of school so far have been good. she even signed up for a couple groups which makes me very happy cuz she normally doesnt get involved with anything. we shall see how this goes....im hoping this is a change for her and get her to excel.
