...and we didnt take any names!
wednesday night we headed to Tyne Valley for a huge trivia they were holding for their oyster festival. i would say there were over 100 people there with teams ranging from 3 people to 6 maximum. had a good time...it was long though....4 hours long! normally only used to 3 hours but it was so big and it takes time. plus he had too many breaks during the game. should have only had one break in the middle but oh well..i wasnt running the thing.
anyway....the top three teams were all with in one point. 3rd place was 29pts, 2nd had 29 1/2, and first place had 30pts. all this out of 40 questions. (4th place i think was 26) we didnt get first place ...but we got 2nd! $200 prize to split....$50 each...woohoo! first place team got 330 but when they devided it up around the team they each only got $6 more then us ...lol
then last night we headed out to Kensington for the normal trivia that is there every thurday nights. we would have had a perfect sheet but we changed 2 answers and we didnt spell "drunkenness" right. we missed a N. but .....we came in first place by 1 1/2 points! 22 out of 24. wohoo yet again!
KIDDO COMES HOME TODAY! im so excited to hear how everything went. we never got a call or anything....so im glad for that. let you know how everything went tomorrow. :)
