bingo bags "R" us.....

Here it is the first mid-week of "camp week" and we havent killed each other yet. lol nah, we are having a great time just being a couple and hanging out together without the stress of work, having to rush everywhere and yes...even kiddo. i wonder everyday how she is doing and what she might be doing at that time. i wonder if she is missing me as much as i am missing her.

the past couple days me and hubby got up late out of bed...we took a walk down at the waterfront...we even went to bingo last night. didnt win...came close a few times but nothing. *sigh* oh well...maybe next week when we go again...lol

i guess you can say i slept in today. rolled out of bed at 8:30'ish...just couldnt lay there anymore. today we arent doing much but hitting walmart for a couple things and then tonight we are going to go to trivia and kick some butt.

Four years ago today i quit my job i had had for 13 years to move to another country and marry the man i feel in love with. it was hard to quit but then it wasnt. so hard to explain...i miss the people but i dont miss the work politics and stress from it. i miss my dearest friend robert the most....we were and still are the best of friends i can talk to him about anything. we laugh so much when we are talking.

after leaving my job...the next day me and then to be hubby went to vegas for 4 nights while kiddo spent time with cousins before our long road trip to canada.

the memories are still so clear and put a big smile on my face how much even then i loved the man i call my husband. i knew something special was there and had to take the jump.
