No school today....

schools are closed across the island today due to freezing rain storm coming in early this afternoon. Environment Canada has issued a freezing rain warning for our county and could last several hours. hubby is at work right now but if it starts around noon im picking him up early so we dont have to go into it once it gets really bad.

so far nothing going on ...we shall see what happens. kids only had 2 snow days this winter compared to last years 8 so for them to give the day just incase is a good thing. saves us the trouble of going out after lunch time to pick them up early.
