Nasty outside....

SNOW DAY FROM SCHOOL TODAY!!!

we didnt know how bad this Nor-Easter was going to be for us so i turned on the radio at 7am before we are to get up for the weather and storm updates. sure enough....its bad enough outside for schools across the island to be closed.

here where i live we are getting the least of the storm. but it sure is windy and lots of blowing snow. we arent getting the huge amounts of snow the east end of the island is getting.

kiddo was happy....i was happy i could sleep in atleast another hour or so since hubbys work didnt close for the day...and he has a couple meeting today that he cant miss. he went in a bit late so we could rest and bit (only a hour late)...but it was nice to sleep in.

btw....Campbells Chunky Chicken Corn Chowder Soup is yummy. thats whats for breakfast right now....mmmmmmmmm. lol

not planning on doing anything today. storm is supposed to let up about noon time so hubby will be at work until normal time unless the storm takes a westerly turn then things might change.

off to read blogs and play some online games on Pogo.com
