Let the weekend begin!.....

im off this afternoon to a women retreat being run by my sister in laws church group. im looking forward to relaxing and learning a few things about the bible. not sure of any thingswe are going to be doing but i plan to have some fun and relax.

everything is set and ready for hubby and kiddo. im all packed and ready to go...doing last minute laundry and have to make them spaghetti before i go to pick them up from work and school. they plenty of junk and easy to make things at hand in addition to the spaghetti im making.

im a bit sad that im going to miss the opening ceremonies for the winter olympics. thats something special to me cuz during the last winter olympics in 2002 i was here visiting machia and we are both olympic games fans so we made a big deal out of watching it and making friendly bets on the events. its special cuz we were getting to know each other in person after talking via the internet for sometime. we had so much fun and i fell even more in love with a man from pei canada.

anyway...im getting all mushy now and thats going to stop. lol
