ramblings of a bored/lazy house mom.....
lazy lazy me today. not doing a darn thing....its not for a lack of things to do...i just dont want to do anything! the dishes need to be done...i have laundry to do (might do that..we shall see)...i have to vaccuum and mop the floor...and pick up the clutter. mother in law is coming this weekend but im just not in the mood today.
our plans have changed for the weekend though. our original plans were to have her (mother in law) come up on friday and we (me and hubby) have a date night. then saturday we had plans to drive out to Mill river for a social function thingy through his work. play texas hold'm during the day and then in the evening go to the Dinner Theater that was to take place. well.....all that now is cancelled due to lack of promotion of the event by the committee. i can go on about how i feel this commitee has done year...but i wont...its not nice.
anyway....so since we have nothing really going on saturday...im taking M.I. to bingo saturday afternooon (which is cool...i miss going since i normally work) and find something to do saturday night for me and hubby to get out of the house and have fun. friday is still up in the air what we are really doing.....either going to trivia or play some pool...maybe both. might be getting together with some of the people he works with for drinks.
have to take M.I. back home on sunday....plan on taking her to the flee market on the way. have to be back home around 2pm...i have work at 3pm.
wow.....im really rambling on about this stuff...lol can you tell nothing much as been going on around here. BORING!
the exciting news around town is we had a grocery store grand opening yesterday. one of the stores moved into their new home so they had a big to-do. its the store i never go to...lol but we went yesterday to check it out since i had to do some shopping anyway. the store is very nice and they have lots of new items. i actually found echillada sauce! nowhere here has it...but they did yesterday! i told the manager how happy i was that they are carrying it now and if they ever decide not to carry it anymore i would by his stock of it so i have some...lol the seafood section was cool...they had a real shark in the display case (taking kiddo today to see it)...its dead and frozen with an orange in its mouth....lol
ok...no i have bored you to death and im suprised if you are still reading this. this is just the ramblings of someone bored, lazy and blah. im just finding things to write about.
enough of this.....stopping the torture......
