never ending weekend and Howard....
sure felt like one of those weekends that would never end...but i wanted it to so it wasnt a good thing.
after being sick on and off all week...not going to work friday cuz of it and then working both saturday and sunday. i only slept during the times i was home...thats it...thats all i did.
feel a little better today. every time though i feel like im getting better i have a moment of ...no your not! one day at a time i guess. heading to the doctor if not gone by end of the week.
calling for dentist appointments today so i can finish up the 2 teeth that have the temp fillings in them and now i have to tend to a tooth that chipped. i wouldnt care so much but its one of my front teeth and to me it stands out like a sore thumb. this is my year to finish all my dental work. not sure if i should wohoo or groan...i hate going to the dentis!
today is day one for Howard Stern on Sirus Radio. one of the things i miss most about living in california is morning radio....and howard was part of that for me. i loved listing to him. i have been looking into getting satalite radio just for his move but Sirus Canada (which just started up dec. 1) doesnt have Howard on their line-up yet. we called to ask why and the reason is....get this... they arent sure yet if they are going to carry his show until they see how it is first and if it meets canadian rules for broadcast. OMG!!! canada...home of nudity and foul language on tv? both me and hubby found that odd. but they are having meeting this week during his first show to see how he is. they will know in a month. if they dont i have to go around the system and use a family adress in the states to purchase the US satalite feed and get him that way. i really do want to get Sirus Canada so both me and hubby will be happy. they carry more hockey games and canadian content music. plus in 2007 they ARE adding nascar to their line up also....so i can wait for that one knowing they are getting it. PLEASE Canada....I want my Howard Stern!
