Snow day #2....

they werent kidding when they said this storm was going to hit us. yesterday was a snow day for the kiddo ...as well as hubby. hubbys work very rarely closes so he was excited when he heard the news. hubby helped me with some house work that i have been putting off and got it done quick. started dinner in the crockpot to get the house smelling good....then i baked up two batches of lemon bars. i love these lemon bars...they are overly sweet and have a bit of tart to them. yummmm....they turned out so goood! this is the first time i have made them for hubby since we have been together....he isnt trading me in now...lol.

today is snow day #2 for the kiddo....but hubby had to get to work this morning. property management plowed out the roll at the end of our driveway and upto the back of my car...but i still had to dig out the car. so with that....

the start of my 3-4 month workout plan. snow shovelling! today was day one and many more to come im sure...now only if i could just not eat...lol

kiddo is going outside shortly to finish up what i didnt do (and to play) cuz i had to get hubby to work...he was already a bit late. my cold was making it hard for me to breath so i was taking my time and doing only what i had to do to get the car out.

no picture for this entry because dingy me didnt have any charged batteries...i keep forgetting to charge them.
