Day 1 of kiddos christmas vacation.....

Thanks all for the well wishes and the quick release of this darn cold. last night was the first night i actually stayed in bed and laying down....its a start. but still full of "ick" and coughing up a storm.

kiddos room is done and she LOVES it! im so happy she does...i killed myself trying to get it done before she got home from school the other day. she even has asked us after dinner time if she can go to her room....lol

today is the first day of christmas vacation for kiddo so after we got hubby off to work we went and picked out his gift from her. im already waiting for vacation to be over. it seems that my vocabulary is going to consist of saying...."NO you cant have that"..."you didnt hear what i said the first 3 times"..."are you listening to me?". what a naggy mom i am....lol we shall see how things go tomorrow when we go grocery shopping in the morning for our holiday weekend. its major shopping i normally do alone....and i do it alone for a reason. lol. so you say....do it at night after hubby gets home.....yeah ok....no thanks!...stores are packed at that time so either way i lose and have to suck it up.

work tonight for a bit...normally wednesdays are kinda slow...but we shall see with christmas coming this weekend.
