Letting off a little steam.....

i have deleted this twice now......not sure how to put it without going too much into detail and just sounding like a raving bitch.

long story short.

Asshole (the ex) is already fucking up our agreement for child support on month #2. he specifically says "going to mail out payment today" (the 3rd) in an email...takes normally 7 working days to get here...nothing has come as of yesterday.

hubby emailed him this morning to find out when he officially mailed it out. the reply said: "I am sending it today, sorry about the delay they have been running me raged and by the time I was able to get free it was after the mail was picked up."

WHAT THE FUCK? so there is no mail box to drop it into while you are running ragged? so you just let it sit there until we say something? 2 weeks later you still havent sent it to your child?

I dont think he realizes how serious i am about finally taking this to legal to get my child what is owed to her. over $10,000 past due.

he did great last month paying 3/4 of what he owes for a month. not complaining...it was something ...more then half. fine....just keep doing that....but month two he does this.

i have to decide how much of a chance im going to give him before i do take this farther. this is the first time he has actually paid support for his child in over 3 years (since the divorce). i have hope...but i dont know this person anymore....very sad actually.

ok..this has gotten long again....enough.....im done.....

have to get ready to take the kiddo horseback riding. something we have been promising her to do since christmas time but with school, vacation and camp we have been too busy. so today is the day. we shall see if i can get my fat butt up onto a beast. my only real concern is getting up on the horse with my bad knees (one being worse then the other). we shall see. wish me luck
