wow thats a big hole!....

good morning from flagstaff arizona. hubby and kiddo are still sleeping while im waiting for bathing suits to dry in the dryer and sitting in a little side room in the lobby of our hotel. :)

hope you had a wonderful 4th of july if you celebrate it. nothing going on around here for it since the fire danger here is HIGH. but we watched some stuff on tv...not the same...but kid liked it so thats what mattered.

we are going to see the grand canyon today. either we are going to have a "griswold" moment (get there ...look at the big hole....say "yep, now thats a big hole") and leave...or its going to knock our socks off. will let you know next time one of posts.

only going there and then heading down to phoenix today. then tomorrow phoenix to san diego!! cant wait for all this long driving to be done for a few days. its hard when im the only driver since he doesnt drive. dont get me wrong...i love driving...but some days it just seems so long. we have lots of cds with us we made just for driving music....so lots of sing-a-longs...lol

anyway...i think im really rambling on here. im tired...didnt sleep good last night one bit so i just got up this time i woke. hopefully i sleep better tonight. the swim last night didnt help like i thought it would....but had fun none the less.
