some what of a date night out.....

knee appointment went great....they are going to contact me to set up a date to have a scope done and repair my torn muscle. wohoo! cant wait to be pain free.

brought the mother in law home with me after my appointment so last night was our date night to the movies.

we went to see Star Wars Revenge of the Sith. OH MY GOSH! what a great movie. sure im a star wars fan from the beginning....having gone to the first in the theater way back in 1977 (when i was my daughters age).

one thing for sure i wouldnt take my kiddo to see THIS one. it is for sure darker and not for young kids.

the only thing i will say about this movie right now so not to spoil it.....not like you dont know how it ends...lol

this was the saddest movie i have ever seen. saddest being...it made me cry a few times watching it and after it was over. im an emotional person and it just hit me hard. i know darth is a bad guy but....to see how he changed and what drove him to the darkside was very sad and depressing. a few scenes during that process just hit me very hard emotionally.

some critics i have read say that there is a lack of dialog in themovie. but i feel that music and just the facial looks of the actors are more then enough to explain the emotions going on in the scene.

ok...enough sad...i have been thinking about this movie all night and how sad it was. i know...its just a movie....but its been so long since i have had a movie touch me this much.

definitly a must see for the star wars fan.

....off to Moncton today(2 hour drive each way) to drop off mother in law and do some shopping at places we dont have on the island as well as get me some TACO BELL!!!! wohoo. how i miss that cheap food.
