Home sick....and Bullies....

first off...I was only going to post about how it sucks being sick with the stomach flu. having to call out of work when i have good hours this week...and then having to call out one hour before my shift starts (they are there at 8am...i start at 9am). makes one feel shittier (is that a word?)

so then....

while im still sleeping (at 11:30am) the phone rings and its the school. oh great...what did my kid do this time? it was the principle telling me that my "daughter" was involved in something at recess with a few kids. he did say that according to several kids and even the duty teacher outside she didnt instigate anything...but the kids involved said she did (of course). 2 boys are being sent home (im hoping for the rest of the week) cuz of this. she got hit in the face and nose...he said she seems to be doing ok and is back in class....no swelling or bleeding (whewww). but what angered me even more ...one of the boys it involved is boy that my daughter had a problem with last year in her class. this year they are in different classes per my request and this is still happening. this little shit is a pain...he seems to get a thrill out of picking her...and not in a nice way. so when school gets out today im planning to talk with the principle and her teacher about this and how to keep this kid way from her. i know its hard at recesses and stuff...but geez! im also going to ask them if they are going to talk to the parents of these boys. in fact.....im so angry with all this i might talk with the "main" problems father....he is also a Kinsmen (i belong to the Kinettes)....i see him around a lot. not sure how much he will do about this or if the "wife" runs all the stuff regarding the kids.

grrrrrrrrr..........im so fucking mad at all this bullying shit. DAMN IT...ITS GRADE 4! its so hard as it is that she has problems and not a lot of friends. but she has a couple good ones at school that watch out for her.

on a side note...my daughter has ADHD and has no clue on how to ignore someone or how to really handle these situations when they start to happen. she does tell people to leave her alone but they know they can push her buttons and continue.... we try and try to teach her these things.
