technical help needed yet again

ok....my brain hurts yet again trying to figure out all this coding stuff to add things to the blog. unless its given to me in form already i have no clue. heres what im trying to do.........im trying to have a sidebar addition to link to everyones blogs that i like to visit ....where others can click on them and go to those sites also. cant figure out how to do it. can someone help??? please??? thanks in advance for your help :-)
