Happy hump day
good morning...happy hump day.
well....family pictures where taken last night at the Super Store. came out beautiful! cant wait to get them today and send them to family. this is our first family picture taken together since me and hubby married 2 yrs ago. been kinda putting it off just cuz of my daughter and how she would feel about it...having someone else in the picture with her and mom other then her bio-dad. she loved the picture we took also and said we all looked so happy. she was right...i was so happy to have this picture taken...its another part of my mental closure to the past. this is mine AND my daughters family. We even got him to smile (a little) in the picture...he isnt one to smile in ANY picture he takes so we scored a point for that!
after pictures we got some dinner at mcdonalds and wendys (i dont care for mcD's) and then parked the car along Granville street to wait for the parade. this year is the first year they did the parade at night (that i know of since i have been here). it was nice. definitely not as many people participated in the parade....at least short half the normal. im hoping that next year if they do it at night it well have more participants. there wasnt any bands either :( whats a parade without a band or even bagpipes. but again...it was nice. makes me love living in a small town.
today is offically my lazy day of the week....WOHOO! not going out today until i have to pick up kiddo from school...lots of computer, tv and pepsi. whatta day.
ohhhhhhhhhh..................got to watch my taped Desperate housewives last night from sunday. I LOVE THIS SHOW. so who do you think is going to be killed/die. my prediction...i think its Edie. at least i hope its her....dont care for her much anyway. just cant see losing any of the other main characters.
